When you are little, birthdays are like Christmas, but even more special because you are the only one who gets presents. As an adult, it's just another day. I don't get a "get out of laundry free card", I still have to make dinner and clean the bathrooms. My parents still try to make it a special day, as does my aunt, but other than that, meh. And for the most part, I think I'm okay with that. It would just be nice to have a birthday like people have on tv. You know, breakfast in bed, being taken out to lunch, having my family wait on me hand and foot. Of course, if you know Josh you know how laughable that is. LOL
Maybe in my next life.
