'Tis the Season

I love Christmas. I love the whole cozy family all around aspect of it. I love seeing people's faces when they open gifts we buy them(though it's another tight year so we don't really have any gifts for anybody to open. Sorry. :(). I love the smells
and the way churches look all decorated for the season. You have to admit, Christmas decorations are gorgeous. Even if you are a Scrooge.

Our trip to Mississippi for Thanksgiving was great. I am thankful my kids and Amanda's kids like each other as much as Manda and I like each other. It makes for a very pleasant trip all around. lol We ate a lot, drank a lot, and were all around making merry.

We hit the dollar store and bought a lot of things for the kids to make wreathes. Did you know the $ Store actually sells little wreathes now? Who knew? They all turned out really cute and my kids have theirs hanging on their bedroom doors.
