You say it's your birthday...
It's my birthday, too. I had to work, bake my own cake, and the only people who have remembered it was my birthday are people who do not live in my house. Typical. I did make my favorite cake, a delicious coconut rum poundcake that is so good no matter the time of day.
I have no qualms about sharing recipes, so if you want it, all you have to do is ask.

Aww, I am sorry that not many people remembered. It was also talk like a pirate day, so maybe you should drill your kids that Mommy's Birthday = Talk like a pirate!
