The weather is just heavenly. Very cool, crisp mornings with a lovely afternoon following. I so missed this weather. The kids are even having to wear jackets in the morning. Usually, Kansas has those summers that never seem to end. Apparently, this summer, we only had summer weather for about 2 weeks. I really hope that doesn't mean winter is going to worse than last year's. That was horrid. My van goes nowhere in snow, let alone ice. Wugh.
The girls have their first soccer games this weekend. I'm excited except for the fact that Katrina's game is mid-morning and Maddie's is later in the afternoon. That means I have a few hours to kil in between time for the games are a good 40 minutes away. Other than that, yay! Soccer season is fully upon us. I plan to take lots of pictures so be fully aware I'll blog about that.
