I cannot believe it's already the end of the third week of school. Man, time flies when I'm having fun. I have read about 80 gajillion books and am needing a new fix. I love suspense and fairy tales and supernatural stuff. I've even started hitting the young adult section at our library because I've pretty much exhausted the adult section. One of the downers of small town living.
I warned Katrina Monday leaving the dr's office that the first time she hit someone with the cast, she was losing tv after dinner. 2nd time will result in losing tv period.
The next morning, Maddie set her off and she went over with her arm raised like she was going to strike. Maddie screamed and I looked up to see Trini. She looked over at me and said, "what?! I didn't actually hit her. I just threatened. You didn't say anything about that."
That's when the proposed punishment was expanded to threatening as well. That afternoon, the cute little turd came home with money. You want to know how she got it? She offered kids a chance to whack her cast because it doesn't hurt mom! Whatever money the kids had, they paid her a whack. She came home 64 cents. SHe's now been told that people cannot whack her cast. I swear,she'll be the death of me.
As for this weekend, I'm not sure we have any plans. Money is still tight, but it's the last hurrah of summer so we may do something. Maybe we'll get invited to go out on the river. *crosses fingers*

I hope you are get to do something fun. We're going to the Fair this afternoon, hiking tomorrow, and the Rodeo on Sunday. We are lots busier here. :)
So, sorry about Trini's interesting use of her cast. Game Boy wishes he'd thought of the charging people to hit him!
Kids! Maybe you should ask Katrina how to make money? Sounds like she's very enterprising!
