I really like Mississippi in the springtime

Or maybe I just really liked the company. We had such a good time. All of the kids got along, the husbands got along, and of course, Manda and I got along. It was the first time we as a family took a vacation and it actually felt like a break instead of stress. The weather was incredible, the company was outstanding, and the food perfect. I could not have asked for a better time. More time, yes, but not a better time.

I have to be honest, seeing the kids get along and playing together was just, *sigh*, so nice. I expected some tattling or the girls being mean to each other or something, but I was way off. They couldn't have gotten along any better if they had known each other their whole lives. I can't wait until our families can get together again. :D I love Amanda's kids. They were so sweet and accepting, and Mike was, too. I wish Mississippi was about 12hrs closer.

On another note, Maddie has lost another two teeth. That makes 7 teeth so far. It's hard to believe that she is getting so grown. Why do they do that so fast? Why? ANd Katrina will be 4 in just a few days. Didn't I just have her a few months ago? For crying out loud, what am I going to do now?


Some random things now, Maddie got a haircut. She has a chin length bob and looks absolutely adorable. And she has a boyfriend. Not too thrilled with that. Charlie's fingernail fell off a week or so ago.
