Seriously. Now it might have been because she felt ucky, but I'm leaning towards the idea that she is tough as nails. Just from past experience with shots and whatnot. So, the doctor suggested having a bunch of labs done without me having to push for it which made me feel less like an overreacting freakazoid. Not only did she not cry when they couldn't find a vein in her left arm, she shed not one tear when they did the right arm. Though the peeing in the cup freaked her out. I guess she doesn't remember the urine tests she had when she was younger.
The labs all came back this morning. Everything was within normal range, except for her white blood count. It was pretty low, but not scarily low. SHe goes back in 2 weeks for more labs and a follow up visit. Her doctor is now leaning towards a nasty viral thing that just is hanging on for dear life. If she is still sick and the counts are low in 2 weeks, then we may have to worry.

I'll bet it's just a virus hanging on. Remember I had a low count when I was around 14 and they never found out why. It was low and then went back up on its own.

not so much on the loose, but have been known to travel for cake. right now we are in wichita, KAKE land (local channel 10). no news on trey bouchie, but here for the great event, and i'm in the middle of doing laundry and should be folding clothes. you know it's my own fault, but i don't have all the nieces & nephews b-days recorded, only some. anniversaries are in the same boat. some will hear from me others won't OR it will be their siblings day but i've got it goofed up!
